Residential support

Agape offers 24-hour residential support to adults with diverse abilities

We currently have six residential homes in the West Auckland area.

Each person who has chosen our services has their own bedroom and takes part in the running of the home by engaging in daily domestic activities. Regular resident meetings are held to discuss issues and activities and make decisions. These meetings are also an opportunity for each person to provide feedback on their level of satisfaction with the day-to-day running of the house.

Every person has a personal planner that is developed in conjunction with their family/whānau/advocate, and this plan is the basis for their social activities and skill development.

Each person also has an annual needs assessment and the level of support they receive, including personal care, financial management, meal preparation and medical care, is tailored around their individual level of need.

Friends and family/whānau are encouraged to be part of the person’s life and are always welcome at the home.
